Your use of our site following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Terms and Conditions as changed. Most Arundel products displayed on the site are also available for purchase through Arundel dealers in the United States and select foreign markets. In some cases, products displayed for sale at the site may not be available in retail stores and vice versa. The prices displayed at the site are quoted in U.S. Dollars and are valid and effective only in the United States. Product prices are subject to change without notice.

Product Availability
Items shown or described as available are normally stocked and usually ship within 24 hours. Items out of stock are normally backordered, followed by a phone call once back in stock.

Pricing
All prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD). Taxes, shipping and handling charges are additional. All items are subject to availability and we reserve the right to impose quantity limits on any order, to reject all or part of an order, and to discontinue products or services without notice, even if you have already placed your order. All prices are subject to change without notice and you agree that taxes may be adjusted from the amount shown on the billing screens. Several factors may cause this, such as variances between processor programs and changes in tax rates.

Shipping
Generally, shipping is by standard ground delivery. Any shipping or handling charges may or may not reflect actual costs. All orders are shipment contracts, not destination contracts. Any shipping times shown on the site are estimates only – actual delivery dates may vary. When we ship to you or per your directions, you agree to pay the shipping and any handling charges shown on the site when your order is placed. We reserve the right to increase, decrease and add or eliminate charges from time to time and without prior notice, so you agree to check all charges before placing an order.

You agree that you will not obtain or direct any shipment of product for export.

Errors
We attempt to be as accurate as possible and eliminate errors on the site; however, we do not warrant that any product, service, description, photograph, pricing or other information is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. Payment and Order Acceptance
We accept the following payment on our site: Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Payments for all orders are taken on shipping of the goods and are subject to fraud and other checks by the card issuer. By submitting your order on our site, you are confirming that the credit/debit card is yours or that you have authority from the cardholder to make the payment. We reserve the right to refuse payments and orders for customers who are not 18 years of age or older. Your payment will be securely processed by our third-party payment system, which will store any credit card information on its secure servers. Your payment and order will be deemed final only when final payment is taken on dispatch of your goods. We reserve the right to refuse any payments or cancel orders at our own discretion.

Credit Card Purchases
At Arundel we do our best to provide a safe and convenient online shopping experience. Upon completion of a purchase on this site using a credit card, Arundel does not retain your credit card information for future use. If you are not quite comfortable shopping online, or would prefer to make your purchase via telephone, call us. If unauthorized use of your credit or debit card does occur, you must first notify your card provider in accordance with the agreement you have with the card provider company.

Changing or Cancelling an Order
Regarding an order you’ve already placed, please contact Arundel Bicycle Company at 817-924-8200. Please note that you are only able to cancel or amend an order within one (1) hour after it has been placed and only during normal business hours. You may, however, return the items for an exchange or refund in accordance with our return policy set forth below.

Complaints and Legal Notices
All complaints and legal notices should be mailed to Arundel Bicycle Company, 4205 Stadium Dr. #210, Fort Worth, TX 76133. If a law requires us to accept legal notices via email, call 817-924-8200 to ask for the address intended for receipt of such notices.
